Cocktail Shrimp:  Our fresh cocktail shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

Herbed Steamed Shrimp:  Our signature shrimp with homemade remoulade and lemon wedges.

Combo Shrimp:  Can’t decide which shrimp to get?  Get both!  Includes both sauces and lemons.

Crab Claw:  Pre-cracked Jonah claws served with our soon-to-be famous mustard sauce.

Seared Ahi Tuna:  Spiced right and seared to perfection.  With soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.

Smoked Salmon:  Fresh smoked salmon served with capers, red onion, cream cheese and crackers.

Shrimp Salsa:  Fresh, homemade shrimp salsa surrounded by lots of Tostitos Scoops for dipping.

Crab Dip:  Choose either of our real crab meat spreads - spicy Cajun Crab or mild Crab & Chutney

Crab Cakes***:  Mini crab cakes with our homemade remoulade.  Or try them topped with wasabi sauce and pickled ginger!

Stuffed Shrimp***:  Filled with homemade king crab stuffing.

Poached Salmon*:  In white wine, lemon & capers with dill sauce.

Stuffed Mushrooms***:  With lump crab, spinach, and cheese.

Meat Items   

Roasted Beef Tenderloin*:  Our aged beef perfectly seasoned and roasted to perfection.  With homemade horseradish sauce and mini yeast rolls.

Hot & Spicy Chicken Chunks*:  Bite-size pieces of boneless chicken sautéed (not fried) in homemade “buffalo” sauce       with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.

Mini Hamburgers:  Our fabulous ground beef seasoned and grilled.  Served on mini buns.

Pigs-in-a-Blanket:  Lil’ Smokies wrapped in crescent rolls.  Perfect for kids – and adults, too!

Mini Deli Sandwiches:  Turkey & Cheddar or Ham & Swiss on white or wheat mini rolls.

Mini Croissant Sandwiches:  Homemade chicken or tuna salad on flaky mini croissant.

Deli Meat and Cheese Tray:  Perfect for build-your-own sandwiches.  Turkey, ham, roast beef, swiss, and cheddar.

Desserts

Brownie Bites:  Rich and chocolately!

Mini Cream Puffs:  Light and delicious

Mini Éclairs:  Topped with chocolate

Sides and Such

Tortilla Roll-Up:  Tortillas filled with seasoned cream cheese and veggies rolled and cut into bite-size pinwheels.  Brad’s favorite!

Spinach Dip Bread Bowl**:  The traditional favorite – ours is homemade with Knorr’s and served in a pumpernickel bread bowl.

Mississippi Sin**:  A gooey combination of cheese, ham, ad chilies in a sourdough bread bowl.

Artichoke Wild Rice Casserole:  Wild rice topped with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, a creamy seasoning layer & cheese.

Missy Potatoes:  A cheesy delicious potato casserole.

Sun-Dried Tomato & Olive Tapenade:  Served with sliced baguette.

Cheese Trays:  We hand slice havarti, Emmantaler, sharp cheddar and sausage for a truly special tray.  Crackers are also included.

Fresh Fruit:  Prepared with hand-selected and hand-cut fruit.  Strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes and homemade cream cheese fruit dip.

Veggie Trays:  Grape tomatoes, yellow pepper, celery, broccoli, and carrots.  All hand-cut and served with homemade veggie dip.

Homemade Side Salads*:  Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, & Potato Salad

Small serves 8 - 13 people

Medium serves 15 - 25 people

Large serves 26 – 35 people

* These items are sold by the pound (pre-cooked weight).  For meat we recommend 3-4 ounces per adult for a cocktail party or 1.5–2 ounces per adult for light appetizers.  For salads we suggest 6-8 ounces per adult.
